Why not ask for repair money when it happened?
Go to court!
Take him to court, then demand trial by combat
Take him to small claims court if he dare kicks you out because he technically stole your car and caused the damage and thus should pay for it. Or threaten to call the police for stealing your car and causing property damage.
ydi, 1hide your keys 2dont spend your rent money on your car 3 its called car insurance
Shouldn't have to hide your own keys because idiots think drunk driving is a good idea. They probably need the car to get to work which being the source of income FOR the rent is entirely necessary. Most if not all insurers will not pay out for anyone other than the policy holder driving the car and certainly not for DUI's.
should have reported stolen then Insurance would have covered it
Como se dice lawsuit?
this is the point where you take him to small claims to repay you for the damage to your car.
