I hope you dont have to produce a hard cough op because your throat would hurt like hell by the end of the year. I am not sure if this would help or not but maybe give a presentartion on ocd in order to make them understand whats going on. I hope things improve.

That may not necessarily be linked to your OCD, OP, tho i could be wrong. I get that too sometimes tho, I wouldn't say I have it to the point of OCD but I think it's a natural normal phenomenon in our social primate brains, when we observe actions that are linked to the autonomic nervous system, such as yawning, coughing, even vomiting.
