Woah okay was not expecting this to get published. I'm OP. Okay so first off my sister and I are really close and always have been so she's been forgiven and we can joke about it now. And secondly, we were both pretty amused by the suggestions of ways to get her back, I think my favorite is "punch her in the head". And I would totally buy a lock if I could, by the way.

If you were the type of person who enjoyed pranks, you could wait for a time just before they use your bed. Then, throw a spare blanket (one you don't mind using for this prank) over your bed & sprinkle it with lots of itching powder. Now all you have to do is kick back, relax & listen for the screams! LOL. ?

This is OP's big sister here. I have a creaky ass bed, and OP's bed is the furthest from the door and less messy. So we plopped ourselves on her bed... Now realizing there was a completely separate room we could have went in... Luv ya sis!

I agree with the other comments. It is disrespectful and based on the post, this has happened more than once, so it is not an honest mistake ("not realizing there was a completely separate room we could have went in"). If the two of you were really sorry and cared about where you get things done, this wouldn't have happened again.

Sounds like she gets off on the fact that she's having sex on your bed- or that her BF does. Which means your sister either wants to be you, has sexual feelings towards you, or the BF is pretending your sister is you. But that's just what I get from the fact you've had to deal with this so often. Put cayenne pepper or anything like it in the one they keep having sex on, and sleep in the other one. It SHOULD cause some burning, itching, maybe some sores and a yeast infection. Worst case scenario is it gets in her eyes and even then they should be fine afterwards. You could also put raw rice in the bed- I bet it's hard to stay in the mood when it feels like your laying on tiny pebbles. I'd say thumb tacks, but that's a little too dangerous. Or even just some good old itching powder if you can find it. Fake roaches might kill the mood.
