Unless she knows that her baby is going to be your husband reincarnated, I doubt how she could see the event as the appropriate time to announce that she is preggers. Sorry for your loss OP.

Upon reading this FML, I had a discussion with my own sister and we agreed that this is just very inconsiderate. Even if it was to lighten the mood, she could have made the announcement prior to the day before the funeral, or even the day after.
