Comment 1: Incredibly poor parenting skills there! Comment 2: Just because you are related to someone does not mean they are a decent person or that you will be able to get along with them - Sad...
In about fifteen years, when your grown-up sister is unemployed and mooching off of your parents, they'll probably wonder where they went wrong - tell them this story.
Your parents are teaching her that it’s okay to be violent. I hope they’re not always so blatantly unfair.
Ya know I am not surprised by this. When I was a kid I saved up my money and purchased the brand new Sims 2. I was having trouble downloading it due to my ancient PC so I had not even played it yet. A couple days later I was finally going to download it on my newer laptop and it was know here to be found. I torn my room apart looking for it. After hours of looking for that game my sister fessed up that she gave it to the neighbor so she could play. The freaking 11yo neighbor who scratches disks and who's brother stole my scooter. I lost my damn mind on her for loaning out MY game that I paid over $50 for. Guess who got scolded, I will give you a hint. It was not my sister.
In most countries, when serious physical violence towards a minor at the hands of his or her siblings is overlooked or, better yet, encouraged (as it seems to be in your case) by his or her legal guardian, it counts as physical abuse by the guardian himself - even if he never actually lays a hand on you. CPS is the address.
Since you’re already grounded, you might as well beat her ass.

That's when you smash a plate of considerable size on her head and say the pain you received from her 'aroused hostility' in you.
Get her charged with assault and battery, and when you're done with that, get yourself emancipated.
