Today, my sister told me about her upcoming trip to Mexico. I asked her how she was going to do anything without knowing any Spanish. She told me she's "just going to read their lips". FML

When I went to Mexico I learned the necessary terms. "Cerveza" is beer. "Banos" is bathroom which you need to know if you use cerveza. "Puta" is **** and "El médico se quema cuando hago pis", "doctor it burns when i pee which you had better know if you are going to use puta.

"El médico se quema cuando hago pis" translates to "The doctor burns when I pee." Which I hope won't ever be the case. "Doctor, it burns when I pee" would actually be "Doctor, me arde cuando hago pis" in Spanish.

Yins are both dumb. Why would you need to speak Spanish to go to Mexico? Most of them speak English, especially if they're going on a trip, they'll find people who speak English.

I wouldn't worry OP. If she thinks she'll read their lips (and understand what their saying in another language), she won't make it to Mexico. She will get lost on her way to the bus stop.
