Ok to clear up a few things, an ice lolly is another way of saying popsicle. Basically a frozen fruit juice treat although its used for the ice cream ones too like the magnums and things. Im pretty sure the OP meant that because of her sore throat she cannot eat anything she can only drink. Its a wierd way to word it but English is not the OP's first language so give the OP a bit of slack.
So you can only drink liquid? Can you ever drink anything else?
