**** you for being a cop. Instead of busting kids smoking weed to be happy, you should be busting drunk drivers who kill people. How the hell is a person stoned on a couch laughing at cartoons going to do any harm?

Police do 'random' stops for a reason. They catch a huge percentage of their criminals on stops they didn't have a real huge reason to initiate, but because of the rate at which they find scumbags using this method it's encouraged.
