Today, my youngest son thought that RedBull actually gave him wings. What it actually gave him was a trip to the ER and 7 stitches. It also gave me a meeting with social services. FML

Holy crap, this is the be the biggest bunch of self righteous people jumping to conclusions I've ever seen in one place. You have no clue where he got the Red Bull from, NOR do you have any idea how young the son was. So anyone complaining about the guy "giving" a "little kid" a Red Bull, are you psychic or something? Were you there? No you weren't, so stop pulling details out of your rear end.

redbull it gives you wings!!!!!!! ahhhhhh

your son learned the number one rule of economics- don't beleive everything you hear, and most stuff on tv commercials is crap!

Your kid is going to be the next Sarah Palin. Hes a complete dunderhead

you should have a visit by SS. are you kidding me? redbull is good for nobody, none the less a child.

jeez people.....first, redbull doesn't have an age limit in the US! second, how many of you are parents? oh, none? it shows in your dumbass comments! it's not about child proofing a house or watching your kids because anyone who is watching a 10 year old every minute and making every deision for them is raising a hold who will NEVER be self-sufficient. believe it or not, kids do a lot of stuff that nobody knows about. but, while you hide behind your computers with no knowledge making judgements - reality happens! OP - I have to say, your son is funny! someday you both will have monster laughs over this! doubtful on the visit from CPS - but I'm sure the ER had lots of questions! I have a son who I could see doing this same thing.....we have special levels of patience I'm sure!

There's currently no legal limit correct, however several chains have their own limits, and some states are looking into passing legislation, because its quite obvious that it's dangerous to drink too much of them, even says so on the bottle. And for a younger child with lower body mass, that amount would be lower. There's also the fact that if the kid was young enough to believe something like that, they shouldn't be doing anything without supervision. And how did he get on the roof?

Where in the OP does it say anything about a roof?

Well it says stitches, so its safe to assume he didn't just jump off the ground and try to hover, and jumped off something at least a little high.

YDI for having red bull. Monster is better.

I have actually heard of other cases like this (where a child thought Red Bull would actually give them wings and ended up getting hurt). I think somebody should tell that damned company to change their ******* slogan!
