Or tell people that you paid a personal trainer a million dollar for a year of 'round the clock services because you wanted to slim down to better fit in with the Kiew locals. They will believe you, because it fits in with the other stereotypes: rich and crazy.

IIRC, we were once the fattest country in the world. We've since been beaten, but we haven't shaken that reputation.
