It's part of any group bonding to ridicule anyone who is not a member of the group. I've no idea what Juggalos are and from the comments here I can't be bothered to find out. However, everyone who is a part of any group and gains any type of reassurance from that tends to belittle anyone who is not a part of that group to emphasise their on percieved superiority. Just look at Americans, or any other nationality, or Christians, or punks, or scientists, or artists, or pretty much anyone. If you're not a prt of it then you are seen as inferior.

a juggalo is a fan that is very devoted to the group Insane Clown Posse, or ICP for short. This group wears black and white clown make up, promotes drugs and alcohol, violence, makes shitty music, and makes millions of the sorry losers who listen to them.
