maybe she meant to say awesome lol
Thats ******* dumb... Try to explain your self and hopefully they will understand if they don't with 'what a ******* day'
This reminds me of a story from my local area. Back before women got the vote in the 1920s, very few people where I'm from spoke English. An Englishman moved the the area, and decided to run for Parliament and become the MP for that area. Since most of the people didn't speak English, he asked a friend to write his speech in the local language (Gaelic). He asked him to write 'things will not be right until all women get the vote' (vote is bòdadh in Gaelic). On the day he stood up in the town hall in front of all these women and said 'cha robh cus an ceart gus an d' fhuar na bhoirreanich a'bhod.' That roughly translates as 'things will not be right until all women get the dick'.
at least she did say, "OP is a ******* bitch!"
*where, *your, and *you, whew, that was easier than it looked, maybe you should give it a go!
Well it was probably funny if it was in context! How was the rest of her essay?
As a Chinese I must say, most Chinese students know the exact mean of "****" earlier than they know "duck" or "fuel". Thanks Hollywood movies.
Sounds like they take their jobs way too seriously since they fired you for that.
I certainly hope you had the chance to explain the situation and get this resolved. FYL through.

i bet you swore after that.
As a speaker of Chinese and Spanish, I can say firsthand that lots of innocent words in a language can end up sounding like others, especially when there's an accent involved and you're not careful. Try to talk to your student and help her understand the meaning of what she said, how it shouldn't be used in a professional setting, etc... and maybe work on her pronunciation! Alternatively, find out who thought it would be funny to teach her that word. Then kick their ass.
