Being blunt about your disinterest is probably the only way to stop it. Hints hardly ever work and most don't pursue any longer once you bruise their ego.

About what crime? "Excuse me, Officer, but there's a guy who is a bit creepy and I'm not interested." Unless OP feels threatened or harassed which isn't mentioned, the police won't do much.

Go on a date with the guy and act like a pig -- don't shower or wear make up, order lots of food and send it all back with nasty insults. Alternate between telling long pointless stories and texting people while ignoring him. You can't run from such a predator, you have to use the Skunk Defense.

It doesn't work all of the time. I know a girl who never wears makeup and isn't the most attractive girl... Well, anyways, some guy stalked her until one day he almost raped her after she left my friends house while all of us were hanging out. Luckily, my friend and I heard her scream and he chased the bastard away while I made sure she was alright. He got lucky, had my friend have taken about a minute longer, he would have gotten shot. But yeah, he got arrested for assault after hitting her and slamming her head into the ground to try and knock her out... Some of these details that she shared during court I will never be able to forget...

most of the time if you say "im not interested" the creeper changes his mindset to make you interested instead of leaving you alone. Saying "im taken" makes them think they will be beat up or something if they keep trying to get with you.

Don't go on a date, don't put a restraining order or none of that stuff. Just be straight up! nd tell him your not looking for a bf right now your just focusing on work or something else if u wanted to be nice about it.
