Kids tend to get bored with that kind of thing real quick. That said, you might want to consider riding out the "phase" by listening to your ipod or wearing earplugs around the house. It will be over soon.

Go knock on their door and suggest a time that the kid can play on it. Work out a schedule. I'd be pissed. If they don't work with you then complain. Good luck.
