I don't know what your situation is like, but I dated a guy who used being busy with work as an excuse to not call or even text more for weeks at a time. If a guy truly cares for a girl, he will find a little bit of time (10 mintues a day!) to let her know he is thinking about her and misses her. I would even offer to bring him lunch at work to help him out and at least get to see him for a moment, but all he had was more excuses.
I completely understand her point of view. The relationship was obviously going nowhere, and she could see that.
Oh yeahhhh, I agree with many of the comments above me. So I'll try and keep the redundancy at a minimum. Time was not on your side, and relationships need time. It is probably best for you to stay single anyways, more time for education and work! XD I will say though, sounds like you have a nasty attitude with the way you worded your FML. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that the break up made you bitter. *whispers: you were a little selfish for wanting the girl and to be able to move forward in life, doesn't make you a bad person though.* I just better not see an FML in the future from you stating that you have 2 degrees and work a minimum wage job!!! :D
ha ha...has to work 2 min wage jobs to make ends meet
then has no time for a gf!
She was well within her rights, if you're that busy the only kind of relationship you have time for is one that requires very little attention. Most girls want a bit more than "very little" so either work less, or suck it up.

it's for the better, you have no time for a relationship anyway. soooo.... why even start one if you are going to be nonexistant? two jobs and college, that gotta suck.
you really shouldn't be dating at all think abt it from her point of view she never sees you and your gone all hours how is a realiatuonship like that supposed to work? you weren't selfish but she wasn't your priority andshe felt like she needed to be. she shouldve come talk to you but she didn't so now it's time to move on
