My neighbor did this once, so I downloaded some Justin Bieber and played it really loud, he stopped

This happened to me once, but with loud music. Also rented flat, so only stupid teenagers living there. Luckily the apartment fuse panels are open in my building, I just went to the panel and took the fuse with me. Guess who paid for the electric company to solve the problem next day? And guess who has an extra spare fuse? :D

This is a great opportunity to utilize one of those speakers that turns any surface into a speaker. Attach one to the ceiling and play the Imperial March with a kazoo through the speaker.
