How do we not know (if it's too small), it's only because her chest is too large or maybe her shoulders are broad? A larger size doesn't always mean fatter. Not to mention all sizes CAN be beautiful.

Did you read her name? "Msassy". Does that sound like she's calling herself skinny? Again, her name is ms assy. I don't believe her chest or shoulders are a factor in this one. But then again, it's possible she is a large and her therapist got her a medium and she's beating herself up over nothing. I do, however, fully agree with your last two sentences.
