Today, the power went out at school. As a senior, I don't show up until third period. When I got there, I signed in as usual. The office secretary waited until I signed in to tell me that if I hadn't, I wouldn't have to attend classes that day. Now I have to sit in class doing nothing. FML

Today, there was a power outage at my apartment. I ended up deciding that the power wasn't going to come on any time soon, and that I should go to a hotel for the night. Just after I unpacked at the hotel, my neighbor called to say the power had come back. FML

Dude that's nothing. When I was in Grade 7, my school's power went out before halfways through our first class and they made us sit on the gym floor for the entire rest of the day. Their reasoning was that the power went out the year before, and came back on right after the last kid left the school.

Lol when I was in school if power went out we would just keep working in class. Granted our school was nothing but windows except one room lol had no windows.
