Today, we wrote valentine's day poems in class. I wrote a very depressing poem about how I was rejected by all the girls I like and how it hurt to be alone. When it was read to the class, they laughed and told me it was hilarious. Even the teacher. FML

Valentine's is bullshit. just go out and have a drink with your buddies man, enjoy the time with your boys. If people need a day to tell their girl how much they love her... they aren't doin it right. You do that 365 days a year. if anything... you should have a "day off "from it

That's mean, but you shouldn't open yourself up like that in front of an entire classroom full of people you don't know or trust. Be confident on the outside, and save your deepest feelings to share only with your closest friends. Random acquaintances don't deserve to know your innermost thoughts.

I hope you're joking. If you're serious, then you are the most pathetic, melodramatic, whiny person I have met in my entire life. "Learn to reject emotion"? Are you kidding me? Get over yourself. You're a human being with a brain and neurons and neurotransmitters - you can't "reject" emotion. It's in your biology to be emotional. Unless you're a psychopath, you're not going to succeed at "rejecting emotion." And I guarantee from your comment that you are not a psychopath. Psychopaths don't feel sorry for themselves. Life has dealt you a cruel hand? Move to ******* Africa and say that to the people being starved, raped, tortured, and murdered. What a sniveling little child you are. Your life isn't a drama novel. Get out of your own head and grow up. "Love is the enemy?" Jesus Christ. Seriously, just grow up. This isn't a Shakespearean tragedy - it's real life. "Waaah!
