BimmerDriver tells us more.
Because I won't let anyone drive drunk, no matter who it is. And it's cheaper to drive them home as opposed to paying for a taxi.

They would be free to make out in the dark and damp streets, because no way in hell would that happen in my car if I were you, OP. YDI for being so spineless.
Everyone saying he's a pushover, but I think he was good to take the high road and at least make sure she got home safely. Hopefully she realizes what a bitch she was. OP can always break up with her later, when she's sober.
I agree. Maybe he drove her home because he still cares about her and wanted to make sure she got home safe, and the only way to do that was drive her new boyfriend as well.
While the friend was wrong for what they did I don't think leaving her there to figure it out for herself would've been a good choice. If something happened to the drunk friend do you think she could say well she pissed me off so I left her there as a reason? Plus if she just met the guy who knows what could've happened just leaving her there with him.
Why the hell did you drive her home??!!! Her new boyfriend can take care of that shit!
Why not? Not everything in the world is designed to please males.
YDI. She has thumbs. Enough said.
damn dude u gotta man up, weeeeaaaakkkk

You shouldn't let people take you for a free ride like that, OP.
you all are trashing on OP because he drove them home instead of letting them drive. I know for a fact most drunk people will not care for a taxi and will attempt to drive home, so if he were to put them in a cab he would have to pay. so saving himself the cash he drove them instead of letting them drive and potentially getting them both killed. OPs a pretty good guy for doing that and his EX obviously didn't deserve him.
