It's not a diplomat to act like a total ass to someone who is not of your race. Don't assume all Asians don't know English. They could be Asian-American visiting the bridge from another state. Ever thought of that? Oh, I absolutely hate people like you. Ask them in plain English first, and if they don't understand you, say it in broken English.
