Today, while I was driving my 27 year old boyfriend 8 hours to a Pokémon event, he realized he didn't bring his DS with him. He cried about it. FML

Yes suprisingly not everyone likes exacly the same thing at exacly the same age... if that was the case the whole world would be a very boring place. I think going out at night and listening to rubbish music while annoying drunk people surround me is pretty lame but I'm not going to judge people who like to do it. And the OP is in Taiwan? I have a feeling asian cultures are much better at keeping their youth and appreciating all differnt hobbies, even what is considered to some as 'childrens' hobbies, even when adults. But I admit, he shouldn't have cried, or better still not have forgotten his DS.
