Today, my boyfriend convinced me to take him 30 minutes away to meet his friends so he could go fishing, adding that they wouldn't be gone all night. I dropped him off 13 hours ago, and he doesn't have a phone. FML

Today, my 15-year-old son was waiting in the car for me after driving around to build up hours for his permit. He then decided it was a good idea to quickly drive over to catch a Pokemon nearby. He didn't count on getting pulled over for texting and driving while underage without an adult though. FML

Today, my boyfriend who’s rage quit multiple games, screamed cuss words for hitting too many red lights, and broke his new phone when a legendary Pokémon escaped after a raid in Pokémon Go, told me I was too dramatic. Today, my boyfriend and our so-called “friends” left us stranded at a park, when our phones and wallets were also missing. I had to walk nearly four miles in tears before I eventually got a ride from a stranger. Luckily, my phone was returned to my mom, but I’m still in tears from the distress. FML

Are you serious? That's way more of an FML for him. Pokemon is some serious shit, and it needs to be handled seriously. You should have bought the DS, but tell him he's only borrowing it. Then you should have kept it and bought yourself a pokemon game, because if you don't like pokemon, there is something seriously wrong with you. YDI for not getting the new DS. I would have cried too if I forgot my DS to a pokemon event.

The point isn't I think he was immature. I actually like Pokemon myself. My point is, how the hell did he forget his DS to the pokemon event. It's like forgetting your shirt before you go out to dinner.
