@26 - doesn't matter if you were trying to lift more than you could handle. Company still has to take a loss on the item. They can fire you for breaking the material, but (assuming this is in America) cannot make you pay it back. Doesn't matter how much it is your fault - the COMPANY takes the hit, not you. @OP: I'd contact your state wage/labor division as well as throw an email to the feds. I think a lot of people clicked YDI after reading the word impress but didn't read the word boss. In case, no one noticed, efficiency is the most important. So if you can lift three boxes at once, that's better than one box at a time. That was the point. FYL because the broke. I'd suggest working out a little bit.
