Today, while standing in line at the grocery store, I noticed that myself and the woman in front of me were wearing the same shirt. As she was about to leave, I said to her "Hey! I'm wearing that shirt!" She turned to me and replied, "Not in THIS size you aren't." FML

Today, I returned a shirt for my mom. When the cashier asked why, I just said my mom didn't like the way it looked. After an awkward pause, I noticed the cashier was wearing the same shirt. She was not amused. FML

Today, I went shopping for a new pair of jeans. I was feeling good about the fact that I was going down a waist size until the cashier decided to discuss with me, three co-workers, and the ten other people in line how she didn't even know jeans came in sizes that big. FML

Today, a customer said the pants she was buying rang up more than advertised. I quietly told her plus-sizes were not on sale. The customer yelled in front of a whole line of people, "So I'm fat and can't read! Any other insults you'd like to throw at me?" and stormed out of the store. FML

Today, I went to the store to buy some new shirts. I tried them on and none of them fit. When I walked out to return the shirts, everybody was staring at me. I looked down to see why. I'd forgotten to put my original shirt back on. FML

Well, it could be an insult or a compliment. If this woman was fat, then she was calling you skinny. Now if she was skinny, then she would be calling you fat. haha.

@34 - just because something is obvious doesn't mean people won't point it out. people constantly say things like "it's such a nice day" or "wow, that guy over there is really tall." so, i don't see what your beef is about shirts, exactly

Some people get really mad when they see other people wearing the same clothes as them. I'm not sure why. I wore the same shirt as this one girl one day and she actually threatened me with violence if it happened again. But yeah, don't point it out. Some people are really awful about that.
