My borther-in-law has the problem of prematurely greying. He's got nature black hair, too, so I mean at 24 years old you could easily see his greys. My sister helps him dye them out whenever his hair starts to grow out. Anyways, I don't think you should be too offended. I honestly think he was trying to be nice and make you feel better - besides, did you really not realize you had a few greys? :P And 30's the new 20, so don't get hung up on that either. Enjoy life and stop worrying over your age ^.^
