Today, while working at a hospital, I told a patient to smile for the camera when taking an xray. His response was, "I have Bell's Palsy and haven't smiled in 5 years." FML

OP, you work at a hospital, not a flippin' photo booth. Learn how to be a Professional. No, you probably didn't know about his condition, still "smile for the camera" is a dumb thing to say to an Xray patient.

lol I had that when I was 12 for like 3 months

I think it was a bit unprofessional to tell a grown adult to smile for the camera. We use that technique for x-raying children to help them stay still and have something to concentrate on, an adult can manage to do that without being patronised.
