If they made you pay for toilet paper in school restrooms would you think stealing that was wrong? Tampons should be like toilet paper that way, because it's not like we can just hold back the blood until we get home. Sure, it's wrong to steal a box of tampons from a drug store, the same way it's wrong to steal a package of toilet paper from the drug store. But if we're talking individual tampons out of the dispenser that's already in the bathroom, they shouldn't be asking money for those in the first place.
