You ought to file a complaint for being unjustly accused of filing a complaint. That would be so meta!
It sounds like whomever complained was probably justified.
Guess it's time to earn that yelling. He had no right to retaliate. He did it in front of customers too. Even if he did it in private, it's still a hostile work environment. I hope you report him to HR. He is on probation, so you won't have to deal with hom much longer. Sounds like he has anger management issues. You don't want to work with him. And if it escalates after you report him, you can get the police involved.
