morning wood happens because when you're lying down, your bladder sits directly on your prostate. Over night when your bladder fills, it puts a lot of pressure on your prostate causing you to get an erection. thats why if you get up and hold it for a while your morning wood will slowly go away so you don't end up pissing in your face. Also I would totally get hard for mint chocolate chip ice cream over a girl....especially if she had just woke me up...

Awww, haha, that's actually kind of endearing. It sounds like something my boyfriend would say. I doubt he was being serious, he was probably just trying to be witty. People have already said all the morning wood comments so I won't go into that, but whether he was actually horny or if it was just a natural reaction it's still a pretty cute story.
