How do they look for people and then forget they found someone? Hope you still got the job and weren't dropped when they forgot.
Call B/S. As in Australia you have to sign paperwork and give details when hired and before starting a job. So they can’t have just “forgot”
not everything that has to be done gets done
Correct but from owning a business in Perth Australia. And the way employment works and the information that needs to be provided for a job what this person is saying is false as they would have needed a TFN bank details and super plus sign a government piece of paper which they would be given a carbon copy off to even get the job
Even George Costanza wasn't that unlucky.
my boss once forgot he hired a person and tried to have security kick the poor guy out when he ran into him a few weeks later. He continued refusing to believe until he was shown his own handwriting and signature on the guy's job interview forms.
