Today, I was asked by my neighbor to stop jogging in our neighborhood because he keeps catching his son whacking off while watching me. His son is 28 years-old and still lives at home. I'm 18. FML

What?! Tell your neighbor that if his son acts like a perverted voyeur then he needs to keep an eye on him. Who does that father think he is telling someone they can't jog in their own neighbourhood?

Take a different route from now on, avoid the son, don't talk to the father. Also, get an unfit, male, overweight friend to come jogging with you. The sweat and jiggles of fat-rolls should wilt any rager.

He mightn't be disabled at all, you have no proof of that. He could be a perfectly healthy pervert who knows damn well what he's doing and isn't going to stop. Until OP informs us as to whether or not this 28 year old male has a disability, you cannot just cry out 'he's disabled!'
