Waiting for my man

By Waste Someone Else's Time - 28/06/2015 05:06 - United States

Today, I decided to break up with my boyfriend. The main reason being that he doesn't value my time, and fails to see how canceling at the last minute is rude and a major inconvenience. I wanted to be respectful enough by breaking things off face to face. He cancelled, at the last minute. FML

just proves you're making the right decision to break up w him. just dump him via text because he asked for it anyways.

This makes me annoyed FOR you, OP!! At least you know it's the right decision.

Stop responding him at once and see if he changes ..otherwise do whatever u wana do girl

That's when a text is all he deserves.

instead of ydi and i agree there should be a i feel your pain option

Don't have to text. You could call him.

Proves you are making there right choice, still ydi for expecting him to actually be there for the break up, you should just have emailed him a note, given him a taste of his own medicine, or stood him as a break up at something he wanted to do. Honestly, seems like you really are tying to be the mature one

Wait...so you complement her for having done the mature thing, but also tell her YDI for trying to do the mature thing because her boyfriend is immature and she should just stoop to his level???

I would have said, "that's ok, I was just going to dump you anyway." In a phone call or text, how ever he chose to cancel

Normally I don't recommend it but break up over the phone. He doesn't value your time enough so why value his?

And that is why I did my last break up over the phone. He always cancelled without calling me which really wasted my time.
