Today, I walked out of my apartment to see that someone had climbed onto the hood of my car and taken a shit on my windshield. I only moved in a couple of weeks ago. FML

Setup a video camera to watch your car then when you see them do it again, post it on YouTube for everyone to see (then call the police).

I can't help but wonder if OP is a particularly obnoxious neighbor. There are times when I want to take a shit on my neighbors' car. Granted, I've never actually done anything other than ask them to quiet down..
