Damn, I think I'd be happy if the giant freckle on my nose turned out to be a blackhead. Then I could get rid of it, instead of living with it and constantly being aware of it. But you didn't even have that problem, OP, because you thought it was cute. Which means, if you could misconstrue it as a pleasant addition to your skin, I'm sure nobody else noticed it for what it is. They have cleansers for blackhead blemishes. You can get rid of it pretty quick. No worries here.

Who. *******. Cares. It's a blackhead, a black-tipped plug clogging a pore of the skin, and no one gives a shit if you mistook it for a freckle. Plus, your life is perfectly fine. Think of other people who are in worse situations, like starving people or (even today, in some countries) slaves.
