Damn, I think I'd be happy if the giant freckle on my nose turned out to be a blackhead. Then I could get rid of it, instead of living with it and constantly being aware of it. But you didn't even have that problem, OP, because you thought it was cute. Which means, if you could misconstrue it as a pleasant addition to your skin, I'm sure nobody else noticed it for what it is. They have cleansers for blackhead blemishes. You can get rid of it pretty quick. No worries here.

well, i kinda know how you feel. no i have never had the same thing happen, but anytime you wake up to a new pimple well it sucks. so sorry bout that.
