Today, I planned a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. I invited all his friend and made all his favorite food. He was running very late, so I called to ask what was taking so long. His response? He said he was at his house, with the very friends I was standing next to. FML

Today, I threw an elaborate surprise birthday party for my boyfriend of four years. He thought we were going to a quiet dinner but when we arrived, thirty of his friends jumped out and surprised him. Instead of kissing me to thank me, he broke up with me because of how easily I had lied to him. FML

Ok were all assuming that he's not there using that lie while he's out cheating not knowing that his gf is with all his friend he is using as a cover up. But either fyl for being that one that is totally out of the loop or f the Rest of our lives for all jumping to the wrong conclusion. But does ne1 else see today I was out cheating on my gf and toled her I was at my house with my friends when she was at my house with my friends fml?

Yeah..so? I'd say I was home with friends or at a friends house too if I was a guy and I was out getting my girlfriend an engagement ring. Then I wouldn't have to explain to her where I was with them and what we were doing out.

It sure sounds like he's cheating, but what #63 is a possibility too. Not as likely, but still possible. Either way, you should have moved the party to his house to find/wait for him. Better to ruin his surprise (if he was actually not cheating) than to let him cheat. After all, he sort of ruined YOUR surprise...
