Today, I was told by my mom that I'm a terrible person because I won't help my brother get a girlfriend. He's gay, but won't tell her because he thinks it's hilarious when she yells at me. FML

So, the next time she yells at you, drop the bomb regarding your brother. Of course, she'll probably start yelling at you for "making up stories" and your brother will still have the last laugh.

Just tell your mum she really needs to deal with your brother directly. He's your brother, not your son, not a part of you. It is not your responsibility to help your brother with private matters like finding someone. Insist on the "someone". And that you don't know and CAN'T KNOW ANY girl he might like.
