I’ve done this before. I was working with trainers at the time and was able to do it with them. I went to the gym with a friend and wanted to show them, but missed and scraped up my shin so bad.

If you broke an actual bone, your body was never going to be ready for however you did it. No amount of training makes your bones thicker.
