Today, I was walking home, when I realized I didn't have my phone on me. After retracing my steps, I realized that I'd been listening to music from my phone the entire time. FML

Surprisingly no. It's like people who look for their glasses while they're wearing them. You'd be surprised how long the fact that they can see clearly to look got their glasses takes to penetrate.

I do that every once and a while. But it only takes me like a minute to realize I can see clearly and that they were on my face. I feel so stupid when that happens.

13- It's called sensory adaptation. It's the same concept as not feeling a bracelet or hat that's been on you for several hours. When his/her attention shifted back to the music, bam, they noticed the phone.
