Today, I called my phone company to get some answers about my phone bill. I was okay with being put on hold. In fact, I was on hold for so long, that the music stopped playing. When someone finally answered they told me to call back tomorrow. All my phones disconnected an hour later. FML

I get so entranced by the music when I'm on hold that I don't even notice when the people actually pick up because I'm singing along. That's when it gets a tad awkward.

I remember when my phone was down and I couldn't use it so I decided to call the company for help and they said they would send a ''special'' wire that will ''magically'' fix it. The package arrived 2 weeks later and nothing changed. Even a technician came over to help and did nothing but charge me a fee. I finally fixed it myself and all I did was add a simple filter. You should change phone company OP, even though most of them really suck.

I wonder what number one said that was so bad that caused him to not only get moderated; but get his entire comment vanquished.

Write a complaint. It is not only rude what they did to you, but also you are now without a phone because of their terrible customer service.

hey op customer service sucks when your on the phone so go in person and find out whats happening.

Just so everyone knows, I'm with Rogers. AT&T isn't available in Canada. Yes, Rogers has very crappy customer service.

I know what you mean Broguy. that is why I only use prepaid cell so Rogers can't rob me ******* blind. then again they're still ripping us off anyways.

They rip off everyone. I'm just going to switch to Telus or Bell, not like it's any better. Rogers has purposely messed up our plans so we end up paying more.

As soon as I read this I knew it was Rogers.

Disconnect all the companies' phones and tell THEM to call back tomorrow!

It's like elevator music! I like to stay in the same elevator for days because the songs are so bueatiful. I might just break into tears thinking about those sweet melodies...
