I clicked both YDI and FYL, because your father invaded your privacy by not hanging up right after he figured out that you were on the phone, but I can see how his paternal instincts could've kicked in to see what you were up to with your boyfriend. It's also your fault because well you should've been more discrete about it, via cell phone or at least make sure you're alone in the house or that no one is eavesdropping.

I completely agree with the couple of people who said the dad had probably just picked up and was clearing his throat to let them know they should cut it out right now. How does the OP know he heard it all? Unless they had a chat about it later and he said he was listening in so he could tell her, as said before, why exactly her phone privileges were being taken away, there's no way to know that. Also, is no one else reminded of Entourage when Turtle's mom pics up while he's having phone sex? That show is the shit.
