Today, I called my husband and he told me that he was going to invite his friend Jeff over that night. I told him I would prefer that he didn't come over. He took it to mean that I wanted to spend time with him and came home with flowers. Then had to tell him I was leaving him. FML

Today, I had a fight with my boyfriend over a girl he is close to. He later arrived with flowers for what I thought was an apology. He was actually breaking up with me; the flowers were for her, he just didn't want to leave them in the car. FML

you are SUCH A BITCH. this definitely doesn't seem like the type of guy who has done anything wrong to warrant a break up! He 1- has friends, 2- is nice enough to put you OVER his friends, and 3- surprised you with flowers and 4- does what you want him to. anything to make ya happy. I'm guessing you are one of those shallow wh*res who got married, yet pathetically still hasn't grown up yet, and she wants what she can't have, and wants the D-bags when shes lucky enough to have HAD a real winner? Well guess what, you lost him and you f*cked up, and your future husband or boyfriend will cheat on you and not like you, its karma deal with it :)
