Sounds like you want to show off your house and rub her nose in her failure to have as good a house as yours. If you were a real friend, you'd meet for coffee and donuts at Timmy's.
Why do you care so much. I go through my phone all the time and if I have not communicated somehow with someone in 6 months, I purge them from my phone and social media. I mean really, being fixated on a “friend” for 14 months? Get a life
I had to cut off my best friend of 33 years. it sucks but sometimes people are just in your life for a season. you grew in a different direction and they went theirs
good riddance!
Were you bragging about the house? Rubbing it in her face? Is it a nice, fancy house? Maybe she was tired of hearing about it, especially if she's not in a position to have something as extravagant. If none of these are true, then I have no idea.

I'm the same kind of friend. I really struggle to keep in touch and often my health or mental health comes in the way. As adults we all struggle with some things - some more and some less. It's on you to decide wether you can handle it or not. Good luck :)
