Sweetie, you have skills that will always be in demand. Especially if you are fluent in multiple languages. Your boss is an abusive, using, piss taking rancid ****. Recognise this. Recognise that you are worth way more than this and start applying for other jobs. You don't have to tell him, you just tell him you have a Drs appointment for the interviews. If he pushes for what the appointments are just say 'womens things' and he'll most likely just shut up about it. But you take a deep breath, put yourself out there and move straight on to vastly greener and more pleasant pastures.
