Today, my girlfriend keeps asking me to get her name tattooed on my chest. At first I thought she wanted a romantic gesture, but now she asks me to do it so often, it’s starting to feel more like she wants to cattle brand me as my owner. FML

Any tattoo artist (or anyone who has tattoos) will tell you that you never get a partner’s or a spouse’s name on you. It’s a sure fire way that the relationship will end.

Don't do it! NEVER NEVER NEVER get someone's name tattooed on your body. My dad has my mom's name. They're divorced. My husband got his ex-wife's name tattooed on him after 11 years of marriage, a few years later they got divorced. The only names a person should get tattooed on their body are heir childrens' names.
