dont break up with him just yet. dump a bunch of Magnums in your pile and start playing a lot more rap music. when your ready to dump him, pick out all the regular condoms and hand them to him, telling him you won't be needing those ones anymore.

Does the other girl know? This makes a big difference. If she's unaware, than let her know. Chances are, if he's cheating on you, he'll cheat on her too. Warn her. Break up with him. Both of you make sure he knows how much of an asshat he is. If she does know, than.... I don't even know. Something evil. Don't poke holes in the condoms though. I have a feeling they wouldn't be very responsible parents, and I don't like making babies suffer.
