Today, I was cutting a bagel, only to slice the back of my hand with the knife. As I grabbed paper towels to clean up the blood, I noticed that the bagel was pre-sliced. FML

wow, sorry but that's really a blond moment. and yeah, if you somehow managed to slice the BACK of your hand, maybe you shouldn't be using a knife...

man... u got off easy lol I was cutting a small bagel (pre-sliced) but frozen, and the bagel broke off and the (brand new) knife cut right into my left thumb straight down to the bone - I got 8 stitches, and still don't have full feeling in my thumb. This was in june last year.

How the **** did you not notice? If it was pre-sliced, the top should have moved around a bit.

I'm not alone! you're not alone! this happened to me the night before my first day at a new school but i cut my left hand pointer finger instead and then spent an hour searching for a hospital
