Compassion? Pah!

Today, my boyfriend woke up to me crying. He asked what was wrong, but before I could answer, he'd already rolled over and started snoring louder than ever, making the migraine I was crying about even worse. FML

Then you have never had a real migraine. Hate to be the one to break it to you. A real migraine can put you in the emergency room for something to knock you out. A real migraine will make you throw up worse than a stomach virus. So take your little hot cloth and sleep on it, some people have the real thing.

You could always give him one of those *smack!* "Oh honey, you're awake"

I know how bad migraines feel. I had a brain tumor when I was 11. I'm sorry OP. I've been to the point where I've cried too..

should have got up and took something instead of crying about it... (not saying it wasn't painful enough to be crying over) but just sitting there complaining helps no one. do something to help yourself. and you can't really hold the bf accountable he could have been half asleep and unaware...

Exactly! Sometimes people don't wake up fully but can still talk to you. If it was that bad, you could have kept waking him up and made him sleep on a couch or something. Or maybe you could have slept somewhere quieter. I understand migraines are awful, but I don't think the boyfriend is to blame. He can't control his snoring.

Jesus finally a sensible, reasonable solution to OPs stupid problem!

I know what it feels like I get migraines all the time too. Well... a lot less than I used too when I was younger i averaged one every few days, now it's like one a month. And I'm talking the type of migraines that are so bad you get angry when someone talks to you and eating is no good as well as sleep almost impossible.

I feel your pain, OP. This has happened to me before. Luckily, my fiance is understanding and will usually sleep elsewhere if he is snoring and I have a migraine.

Hmm he was probably sleep talking/walking sort of thing. I bet if you ask him about it in the morning he will be clueless.

That would mean you're a pain pill junkie and that you have been seriously overusing them. If switching pills doesn't seem to help or your "migraines" get worse, they're not migraines, just withdrawal headaches.
