Don't try to sue the police! If you spent every day of your life with a strong chance of being shot then you are going to get a little edgy. I know this because my dad was a police officer and he died from a random person on a random street. He was shot point blank by someone who knew nothing about him or his family. Next time you see a police officer don't just walk by, thank them for what they do.

Doctors should be thanked too. And red cross volunteers. And soldiers. And inventors. And mail employees. And people who work in retail, who give great service. And just about anyone else with a job. But there are assholes of all types, and there is no doubt that many retail workers, mail employees, inventors, soldiers, red cross volunteers, doctors AND POLICEMEN don't even deserve a millisecond of your time. I'm not saying your dad was a bad man, but if you really think policemen should be thanked just for being policemen, then you might as well go around thanking every single person you pass on the street.

This is quite correct, it's current that kills you, not voltage. Doesn't even need to be much current, 0.2A is enough to potentially kill a human.

Problem is you have Ohm's Law I=V/R for Ohmic materials and as a general rule, the more volts you have the more current there is. Once you start hitting 5 million volts many molecules will ionize and change properties even so yah voltage will kill you despite what teachers tell you.
